    MOSMAN PAMP ON EXHIBITION

CLOUSTON Associates were engaged by Mosman Municipal Council to undertake a Pedestrian Access Mobility Plan (PAMP) for the busy Military Rd and Spit Road areas intersecting at Spit Junction.

Working with GTA consultants, Council's Active Transport Working Group and other stakeholders, CLOUSTON undertook an extensive study and audit of the subject area.  The resulting PAMP focuses on design solutions for improving walkability and provides practical and detailed urban design solutions that are eligible for RTA funding, and Council is now seeking community feedback on the draft document. The Public Consultation period commenced on 15 February 2012 and goes until 14 March 2012.

  • CLOUSTON Associates Maclean Riverside Perspective
    MACLEAN RIVERSIDE PRECINCT PLAN

The Clarence River is a significant natural asset to the Maclean community, but years of regular flooding have led to its demise as an attraction and a benefit. Keen to 'face the river' and make Maclean a 'must see' town, Clarence Valley Council has commissioned CLOUSTON Associates to develop the Maclean Riverside Precinct Plan, which is currently on public exhibition.

As with previous projects such as Clarence River Way Masterplan and Grafton Waterfront Masterplan, community input is sought by Council on this new stage of development.

Documents for download and information on how to make a submission are available on the Clarence Valley Council website: www.clarence.nsw.gov.au

Public submissions close at 4.00pm on Wednesday 30 November 2011.
