Mudgee Town Centre Upgrade - Mudgee NSW
In 2002 CLOUSTON Associates prepared an urban design masterplan to provide a strategic framework for the upgrading of Mudgee’s city centre streetscapes. This then guided the detailed design and construction drawings for Church and Market Streets. Construction was undertaken by Mudgee Shire Council with advice and quality inspections from CLOUSTON. The pavement upgrades and widening, car park reorganisation, accessibility improvements, street lighting and street tree planting have also been tied into a veranda restoration programme which is now bringing new vitality to the centre of this historic rural town.
